Homeroom reps at Alvin high school

Some of you students at Alvin high school may be wondering what it is that homeroom reps do or at least why they were created, well heres some insight. In an interview  assistant principal coach webb said the following, "the homeroom representatives are a great way to relay information between administrators and the teachers/students." He also added "it's also a great way for students to grow closers with each other and the teachers." In an interview with principle Dr. B he said the following "I'm hoping to open up 2 way communication and give students more advice." He also added the following "we needed a way to give students more voice, so we created homeroom reps, we also made the presidents club, they meet once a month and it consists of the presidents for every club in the school." So there you go, the meaning behind homeroom reps.
